Sales Consultant or CustomerCentric Selling® Business Partner?
Certified Business Partners can fulfill one of two (2) roles within CustomerCentric Selling®, both of which are paths to career independence and financial success.

1. Sales Consultant: Individuals who prefer to sell sales training and consulting, but who are not yet ready or have no desire to deliver the training, join CustomerCentric Selling® as Sales Consultants. They are responsible for selling their own accounts while our team of professionals delivers the workshops and services under your leadership.

We have a significant number of individuals globally able to deliver large sales training programs in multiple languages. You focus all of your energy and efforts in winning new business and retaining your clients, and thus can maximize your revenue and personal income.

Sales Consultants will have the option of becoming CustomerCentric Selling® Certified Business Partners (as described below) after demonstrating their ability to sell sales training and consulting effectively.

2. CustomerCentric Selling® Certified Business Partners: Many independent consultants in sales consulting and performance improvement, and those that see themselves both selling and delivering, like to focus on both winning and retaining clients, AND also delivering the services they have sold.

Our CustomerCentric Selling® Certified Business Partners can do both without needing to perform research, develop training methods and programs, create training materials, develop an online presence, invest in marketing technology, or even become a thought leader by writing books. CustomerCentric Systems, LLC has done that for you. We have been doing that since 2002, allowing you to focus on what you do best: Building a client base and helping them achieve world-class sales performance results.

What Attributes, Experience and Skills Are Required?
The ideal Certified Business Partner candidates will possess the following attributes, experience and skills:

  • Passion, commitment, intensity, and focus in finding and winning new clients, and retaining them for the long term
  • Self-directed
  • Self-motivated
  • Responsibility for their own sales and success
  • Demonstrated strength in hunting for new business, generating leads from a cold start
  • Proven ability to sell proactively in a consultative, client-focused manner
  • History and experience in professional selling methodologies
  • History of verifiable sales success in business-to-business, complex sales
  • Experience selling to senior executives in large and mid-size companies
  • 10 or more years in sales, sales leadership, or related executive positions, or as an independent consultant focused on training and consulting
  • Specific areas of expertise that lend themselves to business growth, such as facilitation, consulting and analytics, strategic account management, sales coaching and sales management, sales talent management
