Book Launch in Brazil Unveils New Version of "CustomerCentric Selling®" in Portuguese
Atlanta, GA, June 30, 2009 -CustomerCentric Selling® (www.customercentric.com) (CCS), a proven methodology for improving revenue growth and sales performance, today announced the Portuguese version of the "CustomerCentric Selling®" book, recently launched in Brazil. Brazilian publisher, Editora Qualitymark, and TDC, CustomerCentric Selling® Business Partner located in Sao Paulo, launched the newly translated book on June 6 titled, "Vendas Centradas No Cliente," of the well-named book authored by CustomerCentric Selling® co-founders Michael Bosworth and John Holland.
At this book-launching event, one of TDC's managing partners, Alberto Perazzo, conducted a lecture highlighting the main sales issues addressed with the CustomerCentric Selling® methodology. The founding co-authors of the book sent a written message to the attending participants at the event: "We hope that you will find this book helpful.
